Share AI output as a link

Paste the answer from any model or agent, check how it renders, and share one link.

To share AI output, paste the model’s markdown answer into the editor above and press Share. You get a read-only link that renders the headings, tables, code, diagrams and math, for output from any model or agent. No account, and the document expires on its own after 15 days.

The example loaded in the editor is a migration plan of the kind a coding agent writes. Replace it with your own output.

How to share the output of an AI model

  1. Copy the answer from your chat tool, coding agent or local model as markdown.
  2. Paste it into the editor on this page. Use Preview or Split to check how it renders.
  3. Optionally add a frontmatter block with a title; it becomes the document title and does not show in the preview.
  4. Press Share. Send the read-only link to the people who need to read the result.
  5. Keep the write link to yourself. Anyone who has it can edit the document.

sharemd.net does not care which model wrote the text. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, a local model or an agent running in your terminal all produce markdown, and the same link renders it the same way. The content is not processed by AI: nothing is summarized, translated or rewritten.

What renders

The maximum document size is 500 KB.

A long AI answer pasted into a chat thread becomes one message among many, and how its tables, code blocks and diagrams look depends on what that chat tool supports. A link keeps the output in one rendered page that each reader opens on their own.

When you paste a sharemd.net link into Slack, Discord, X or LinkedIn, the preview shows the document title, a short description and a sharemd.net card, so people can tell what the link is before they open it.

Documents are not indexed by search engines; they are reachable only by whoever has the link. Anyone with the link can read it, so treat it accordingly. After 15 days the document expires and its content is deleted automatically. If you need a copy that lasts, export it as .md or as a self-contained .html file, or use Copy Formatted to paste the rendered text into an email or a doc.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with output from any AI model?

Yes. sharemd.net renders markdown, and it does not matter which model or agent produced it. The same link works for output from a chat assistant, a coding agent or a local model.

Do I or my readers need an account?

No. Creating, sharing, reading and exporting a document are free and need no account or signup.

Fifteen days after the document is created. Then it expires and the content is deleted automatically. A badge in the document shows the days left. There is no way today to extend a document or delete it early.

Will the AI output show up in search results?

No. Shared documents are marked noindex, so search engines do not index them. Anyone who has the link can still open and read it.

What happens to Mermaid diagrams and math when I export?

They render in the shared page. In the exported .html file they stay as source text, and code blocks in that file are not syntax-highlighted. The .md export is the original markdown.
